Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Roast your 12lb. Turducken breast side up on a rack in a roasting pan, covered for 2 ½ -3 hours, then uncovered for 1/2 hour or until internal temperature reaches 165.
Serving Instructions:
Allow the Turducken to sit for 30 minutes after removing from the oven, so the juices can be absorbed into the meat. Using an electric knife or a good carving, first, slice off the wings and drumsticks. Cut the remainder into slices approximately 1/2" to 3/4" thick, slicing from wing to wing, then slice once down the middle.
